Here is a little info. about hotels that will probably help the new parents. The smaller meets put out schedules 1 to 2 weeks prior to the meet. The larger meets (CGA, Wright's, Circle of Stars) will put out schedules about a month prior because their meets fill up quickly and they can set the schedule. Usually, we book all the nights for the weekend then cancel nights not needed after the schedule comes out. Here are some hotel suggestions for the meets. If there is a website I will attach it. If there is a host hotel I will list it as such.
